Well, the A fantasy medley is too expensive for me (I could buy the City of dragon three and a half times from it), and I'm wondering if the story appears in some other anthology?

Those anthology thingies certainly are expensive. I've looked at that one and also those that contain George RR Martin's Dunk and Egg stories. All cost far more than my budget will allow.
