Starting Chapter Twenty-One of 'The Magicians' Guild' but wanted to come on and make some predictions as it was so much fun when I did it for the Soldier Son series! I think Manephelian may be the only one to have read the Black Magician trilogy though?

Dannyl is going to be a love interest of Sonea's but I think Cery will win her heart in the very end.

What is with Fergun?! Oh, I hate him (!!), and can't imagine what he's going to do with Cery as his prisoner BUT it's my guess it's a rouse so he can become Sonea's guardian instead of Rothen. What will Sonea do to him when she finds out??!!

Also, Rothen told Sonea about how the High Lord supposedly got through the blocked mind of a murderer, and this was a very rare ability to pass a blocked mind. He said that nobody knew how Akkarin had done it but I think that's because Akkarin DIDN'T read the mind of that man...he just accused him of the murders to cover up the fact that it was he who was committing the crimes (this is going on from the fact that Sonea had seen the High Lord in his home, covered in blood with a knife, and it seems logical to me?!). From there, I am guessing that it will be Sonea who will be the only one strong enough in the magic to overcome the High Lord and defeat him.
